Account Management
Our team of experienced account executives act as an extension of your back office and and provide a single point of contact into Merlin. These account executives focus on your day-to-day account management and operational issues, allowing you to concentrate on portfolio strategy and fund performance. The responsibilities of Merlin's Account Executives include:
- Working closely with clients, administrators, and accountants on special requests and customizations
- Resolution of reconciliation and trade breaks
- Support for portfolio rebalancing and allocations
- Transaction entry including cancels and corrections
- Communication of Corporate Actions and elections
- Handling of wire transfers in and out
- International trade settlement
New Account Transition
Merlin has a team dedicated to ensuring that your transition into Merlin is as smooth and expeditious as it can be. This includes the management of the account opening process and paperwork, as well as ensuring that your training, setup, and workflow configuration needs are met and that you are operationally prepared for a smooth first trade date.
Product Specialists
With an extremely robust and diverse product offering that is constantly expanding, it is critical to Merlin that we are able to understand the specific needs of each of our clients and work with them to configure a solution that is tailored to them.
